Randy was born September 5, 2000 at buffalo mercy hospital in buffalo new york at 8.51pm.to tamra seehase and randy phillips. Cancer claimed his life in November 2002.

He brought joy into the whole family. Randy was a blessing and one of a kind. Randy loved to eat and jump around in the ballpit we got him. Lil Randy also loved chasing his cat Sarah around the house. The only thing I can say that he didn't like was his baths.

What made Lil Randy unique was that he was always happy. Being around him just brought the best out of you. He was special. We couldn't ask for a better son. History: A couple of weeks before his second bithday Randy just was not him self. He didn't want to eat, he was crabby even when we feed him he would vomot bio. He slept all the time. Mom took him to his pediatrician and she said she does not see anything wrong. I think the 3rd time(sept 30 2002) they finally did blood work. The Drs. said they they would call the next morning with an answer. They called back that afternoon and wanted us to bring Randy to the childrens hospital right away. Randy's calcium was high; normal is 10.8 he had 16. They ran all kinds of tests. In about 24hrs they gave us the worst news we have ever heard.
