Aida Abasahl

July 28, 1984 - January 2, 2002

Aida Abasahl (17 years old) was born in Tehran, Iran on July 28, 1984 at a rather low birth weight, of 2.5 kg and died January 2, 2002. She enjoyed Internet surfing, Playing piano, Arts, Hanging around with her friends, Listening to music (mostly pop teenage songs), and walking around with her dog MONTI. Her biggest dream was to become a pianist (musician). She was a very sensitive and emotional girl and she had an older brother (by 4-years) named Arash. They loved each other very much.

A letter from Aida's Uncle:

Thank you for your kind email. Unfortunately Aida passed away on Jan. 2nd Wednesday at 11 AM. She spent the last hours with all her family and was conscious of god, and flew away in peace. I can not describe our feelings in her absence. It's kind of shock or looks like a nightmare. We still can not believe what happened. Perhaps God is testing us through these hard times.

She was 17 and had asked her friends whether she died , they would bring 17 balloons on her grave and leave it to the wind to fly'em away.

She had talents in the arts. Her father kept his faith on her. He believed that someday she would become someone to be proud of...but now everything has gone.

I can't go on, 'cause I feel so terrible, anyhow I must thank you all for your supports and sympathies.

May God help all the children to get on all the difficulties and give us strength to overcome this deep grief.

Thank you again for your kindness and please never deprive us of your prayers.

God bless her sole
Aida's Uncle - Farhad
