To join "The Miracle Kids" send us an
email letting us know of your interest by providing us with the information requested on this page. Before the page can be constructed we will need the four pieces of information listed below.
- Tell us about your child. We need the following:* Your child's full name
* Place and Date of Birth
* Personal information (likes, dislikes)
* What is it about your child that makes him or her unique? - Events leading up to the diagnosis* What was happening within the family when the diagnosis was learned?
* What was the impact and how did the family handle it?
* How did you handle it?
* What is happening now? Where is treatment being administered?
- What is the current status?* How is the child doing?
* What is the current treatment?
* How is everyone coping?
* What activities is your child doing now?
- Photographs* 3 to 4 photo's, any photo's you like
* Email to us in .jpg, .psp, .bmp or .gif formats or snail-mail them to us
* Mailing address provided upon request.
* Photo's will be returned by mail within 2 to 3 days.
It will take a few days to construct the site. After our initial work is
done we will email you and ask you to review the page for any revisions,
corrections etc... After your recommended changes have been incorporated the page will be complete and uploaded to the internet.
There is absolutley no charge, no catches.. the only thing we ask are
updates about every 4 weeks or so depending on the activity. If there is a
lot happening, then the more updates the better. Revisions can be made at any time.
